Buddakan , the iconic NYC dining destination in the heart of the Meatpacking District, is entering an exciting new era through a creative collaboration with Chef Danny Bowien , the visionary behind Mission Chinese. As we prepare for this highly anticipated reopening, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to join our culinary team.

This is a critical back-of-house role for a culinary professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and whole-animal utilization, with the ability to work AM shifts .

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability for AM shifts and  weekends is a must
• Knowledge of whole-animal butchery, fish breakdown, and product preservation
• Punctual, dependable, and a team player
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, fine-dining kitchen environment
