Reports To: Assistant Manager/General Manager

Job Summary:

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our team at. As an Entertainment Team Member, you’ll be right in the middle of the action—facilitating fun in our play structure, laser tag arena, birthday parties, and seasonal camps, while also assisting with food service and guest orders. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play Structure Supervision: Engage with kids, ensure safety, and maintain a clean, fun atmosphere.
• Laser Tag Operations: Explain rules, oversee games, and ensure equipment is used properly.
• Party Hosting: Set up, lead, and clean up birthday parties and group events with energy and enthusiasm.
• Camp Activities: Support seasonal camp programs, help with games, crafts, and activities.
• Food Service: Take guest food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, prepare simple items, and deliver food to tables.
• Guest Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service—greet guests, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all activity and dining areas.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly and fun for all.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving for long periods.
• Food service or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
• Availability on weekends, holidays, and during school breaks is highly preferred.
