One of New York City's premiere provider's of Electronic Security solutions is looking for a new leader of their Bid and Estimation department! This organization has been a trusted partner of Commercial, Education, Corporate, Retail, Hospitality and various other verticals for over 20 years - and puts it's employees first in all decisions.
- Lead and manage Estimation team - train, develop, motivate and improve
- Projects involve Access Control, CCTV, A/V and Low Voltage systems
- Respond to RFPs, help qualify opportunities, site and client visits
- Proposal support, cost reports, and handoff to sales and project management teams
- Weekly KPIs, sales collaboration and project management oversight
- Develop goals, performance tracking metrics, schedules and progress reports
