Qualifications:

  • Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid New York (NY) LCSW license. Must have active Medicaid.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience.
  • Language: Spanish preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard clinical documentation and telehealth platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations.
