Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development.
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
Identify production bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement; implement effective solutions.
Standardize best practices across teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align production with business goals.
Monitor and improve inventory control and manage manufacturing throughput.
Oversee department performance to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Develop, mentor, and train employees to meet KPIs and operational expectations.
Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
1015 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role .
Experience in the pulp, paper mill, or tissue manufacturing industry is required.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and engage cross-functional teams.
Strong background in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Lean or Six Sigma certification highly desirable.
Proficient in SAP or other major ERP systems.
