Title: SAP Consultant (Store to Ship)
Location(s): STL is ideal, but will consider remote (skillset is more important than location)
Travel: Should be able to travel 2 weeks per month to St. Louis as well as travel during go-live to our sites in the US (CA, NJ, GA, FL, AZ, MN) as required. Travel to sites will be reimbursed.
Team overview and size: The S4 project team is organized by six functional domains (O2C, R2R, P2P, Plan to Make, Store to Ship, PLM) and is structured via "three in a box" method which includes a Global Process Lead (MiTek), BSA (MiTek) and Workstream Lead (EY).
This role will support the Store to Ship workstream
Manager Notes/Ideal Skill Sets:
- Must have: SAP EWM experience (2 3 S/4 Hana implementations), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience training users with SAP, excellent SAP testing (unit, integration, regression) and documentation (test scripts, test scenarios) experience

Job Responsibilities
- SAP Functional Testing
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) modules, focusing on Inbound/Outbound processing, Inventory Management, Cycle Counting, Picking/Putaway strategies, and Handling Units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing of Shipping and Freight Management processes.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes or upgrades.
- Validate EDI and iDOCS transactions to ensure accurate data exchange and integration.
- Training
- Design and deliver training programs for end-users on SAP EWM and TM processes, including Inbound/Outbound processing, Inventory Management, Cycle Counting, Picking/Putaway strategies, and Handling Units.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support SAP system usage and best practices.
- Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance user proficiency in SAP functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to SAP modules.
- Train users on RF transactions and the use of RF scanners and label printers.
- Documentation
- Create detailed documentation for SAP EWM and TM configurations, including process flows, system settings, and integration points.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for SAP S/4 HANA implementations and support activities.
- Document business process designs and workflows, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and organizational requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for testing procedures, test scripts, and defect resolution processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documentation reflects current system configurations and business processes.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP domains and cross-functional SAP Master Data.
- Utilize prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA to support implementation projects and provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously improve testing, training, and documentation processes to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Provide post go live support to users as well as support future waves of implementation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of SAP Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management configuration expertise required
- Excellent understanding of Inbound/Outbound processing, Inventory Management, Cycle Counting, Picking/Putaway strategy, Handling Units
- Excellent understanding of Shipping and Freight Management
- Strong understanding of EDI and iDOCS
- Strong understanding of RF transactions and experienced working with RF scanners, label printers
- Minimum 2 SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support experience is required
