Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: (Remote)
Duration : Fulltime

Key Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and scheduling of installation activities across diverse project sites, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Serve as a key liaison between field teams and on-site points of contact (POCs), facilitating clear, consistent, and timely communication.
Equip installers with the necessary tools, information, and resources required for effective on-site execution.
Maintain and update project tracking tools and dashboards with real-time data and status updates.
Manage installation work orders and ensure compliance with customer documentation and regulatory requirements.
Implement document control standards, ensuring accurate filing, accessibility, and version management of project documentation.
Identify and proactively resolve potential scheduling conflicts, risks, or delays by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Participate in regular project meetings and report on progress, risks, and outstanding actions.


Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, coordination, logistics, construction, or operations; prior experience with installation projects is strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Experience working with field teams, technicians, or installation crews is an advantage.
